We adored this hotel. We stayed in one of the EcoCabins, that are about 150 metres from the main hotel building. This was a perfect fit for us as a couple. We were immersed in nature in this big suite with a separate living room. The back door opened onto a small park area where we regularly spotted birds. The room was modernly decorated, had a small kitchenette including a big table. The staff were very helpful and prepared breakfast for the last day when we had to leave early in the morning. They arranged shuttle service for us at a fair cost. The pool is a separate building right across from the hotel. It is huge and has a swimmable tunnel from the indoor to the outdoor component. There is a small, simple gym on the top floor of the same building. The view from the breakfast room is lovely, overlooking the lake clearly. Breakfast had many, many options including fresh fruit and quinoa puffs etc.

Great location, overlooking the lake and volcanoes, stunning views from our windows. Room was large and really warm. Sofas were comfy and it was nice to sit in a rocking chair just looking out the window. Great to have a hob, fridge and freezer. Bathroom was big and clean. Staff were really helpful. Breakfast was really good, loads of choice and plenty of it. The pool area was lovely, we were the only ones in there. The hot tub wasn't working which was a shame. Parking in the garage made us feel our hire car was safe. Hotel was a short walk to the visitor centre, main square, supermarket and restaurants.

The view was amazing! The cabin itself did exceed our expectations. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start every day we were there. The only issue we encountered was that the heating did not work during one of the chilly nights, so we all caught colds. Apparently, the front desk was aware (we discovered on the following day when we asked), but it would have been nice if they had proactively informed us and brought in heating devices as soon as they were aware so that we could have avoided an uncomfortable night. But other than that, the hotel was a wonderful place to stay.

The location was perfect . The staff were lovely from the moment we arrived . The room was ok although it would have been nice to have a balcony with such a beautiful view. The pool was fabulous but hot tub could have been warmer . The food was amazing with a special mention for Santiago the 19 yr old who managed to produce the perfect fillet steak - it was literally perfect. Staff isn’t the restaurant we’re all lovely and really friendly. Made eating in the hotel enjoyable . Would I recommend ? Absolutely

It is within easy walking distance of the town with many restaurants and bars and close to the small buses running to Todos Los Santos. We stayed in the eco cabins which are on the other side of the road from the main hotel. This area is really quiet and the cabins have good views over the lake. The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size . There was a safe in the room. The staff were helpful and friendly.
